National Art Gallery of the Faroe Islands, Thorshavn

A site-specific video made at the museum during my stay in the Faroe Islands, projected onto the door of the exhibition space used for the work. Like the two earlier site-specific videos in which I appear, On-site (2002) and Felumynd (2001), it managed to trick viewers for a moment with visual illusions. They were unsure of what was really happening, whether the figure was physically present in the space, and even whether the door itself was actually there.
