Enlightenment was a performance in a small, low-ceilinged room filled with balloons. Hidden under the pile, the artist tells a story of ignorance, her body out of sight. When she stands and offers the audience pins, they immediately begin bursting the balloons until the room is empty. The work plays with concealment and exposure, and with the way ignorance is undone through others.
