LA Art Museum Hveragerði south Iceland.
Engraved on the stone, with English on one side and Icelandic on the other:
An individual analysis of knowledge and knowledge acquisition within a visual artwork, developed using a modular method, with particular emphasis on the dash of life between two points. The title of the work stretched out like the title of a doctoral dissertation.
The type of stone most commonly used for gravestones is shaped like a dash, a very short line between two points, birth and death. For an artist, as for anyone else, all learning takes place within that interval, acquired through the act of living itself.
Dimensions: 30 × 11 × 8 cm
